The bed was so comfy, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The staff was super friendly, they even gave me a pillow menu to choose from. The bathroom was like a spa, with all the fancy toiletries.

Oh, forgot to mention, no hairdryer! Guess I'll just air dry my hair in this humid climate.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. The owner offered us a warm welcome and escort to our room, which was bright, modern and clean. We were particularly impressed by the exclusive amenities, including private facilities such as a spa and jacuzzi. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The service here is first-class; the staff were always on hand to help us with any queries and even arranged for a personal tour of the city.

The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the Wi-Fi connection, which could be temperamental at times. However, the hotel staff were quick to respond to our concerns and offered to provide alternative solutions, such as a personal hotspot.
